Everyone has a different idea of what the holidays are supposed to look like. We all have traditions and customs that make this time of year special. No matter what holiday you celebrate or who you share your time with, there's a way for everyone to enjoy the holiday season. One thing that we all have in common, however, is the opportunity to share. We share food around the dinner table, presents, stories with our loved ones, our time & service, and anything else we might find value in. Being in a position to give to others is a privilege, and is a rewarding aspect of life that Bowman encourages. That's why this year, Bowman has partnered with multiple organizations to better our community.
In November, Bowman employees joined the NJCPA food drive to benefit the Community FoodBank of New Jersey (CFBNJ). The CFBNJ is a member of Feeding America©, and has been delivering food, help and hope across the state for 45 years. CFBNJ provides nutritious food through its network of more than 1,000 community partners including pantries, soup kitchens, emergency shelters, mobile pantries, and child and senior feeding programs throughout the 15 New Jersey counties it serves. Our offices donate multiple boxes of food, as well as over $1,300 in monetary donations.
In December, we participated in Toys for Tots. All together, we donated over 100 toys. Pictured above are senior associates Ben Horner and Jess Beck delivering our toys to the Berlin Police Department. Special congratulations to our Social Committee for coordinating these programs throughout the Firm!
