Jessica G. Stanley is an experienced Human Resource professional who joined Bowman as our Director of Human Resources in 2023. Jessica's responsibilities include providing leadership and direction in the development of HR policies that promote maximum effectiveness in the workforce while supporting the Company’s mission. She is also a mother of two young girls and resides in Blackwood, New Jersey.
Experience
Before joining Bowman, Jessica was the HR Manager for a company with 600+ employees over 6 states overseeing Benefits, Payroll, Employment Training, Management Development, Handbook and Policy Creation, Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition. She then became a Human Resources Director for a healthcare facility with the same responsibilities, plus accounts payable. She has also worked as an independent HR Consultant for companies needing HR development or to assist in successfully meeting their business goals. She is currently pursuing the title of Certified Professional by the Society of Human Resources Management.
