Bowman & Company LLP is pleased to announce the election of Stefanie J. DeSantis, CPA, RMA, PSA, CGMA to Partner, effective July 1, 2021.

Ms. DeSantis has provided outstanding auditing services to New Jersey municipalities, school districts and utility authorities for over 20 years. Her experience keeps government officials informed and enables them to make decisions that positively impact their communities.

Ms. DeSantis is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant, Registered Municipal Accountant, Public School Accountant, and holds the designation of Chartered Global Management Accountant. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies with a specialization in Public Accounting from Stockton University in 2001.

Since joining the Firm in 2001, Stefanie has played a critical role in Bowman’s Governmental Services Department. Her areas of expertise include the audit of municipal governments, school districts, municipal utility authorities and fire districts of the State of New Jersey.

Stefanie’s dedication to developing the accounting industry goes beyond her role at Bowman. As part of her commitment to the industry, she serves as a specialist for Rutgers University’s Center for Government Services, is a member of the Registered Municipal Accountants’ Association of New Jersey, the Gloucester County Association for School Business Officials, and the Gloucester County Dream Park Advisory Committee.
