On Monday, January 22nd, the Garden State Council of the Boy Scouts of America held its annual meeting, at which Henry J. Ludwigsen, Partner at Bowman & Company, was appointed as the new incoming President of the Garden State Council (GSC) of the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) for a two year term.
