We are proud to announce that retired Bowman & Company LLP Partner John “Jack” F. Dailey Jr., CPA, was presented with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ (AICPA’s) Special Recognition Award for his influence, commitment, and length of service to the CPA profession.

Jack’s longstanding support for the accounting industry includes leading the development of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants’ (NJCPA’s) New Jersey Law and Ethics course following the Enron and Worldcom scandals, as well as significant contributions to the NJCPA Scholarship Fund, which helps high school and college students with hopes of entering the CPA profession.

In addition, Jack has served as NJCPA President, Vice President, Treasurer, and a Board member.  He was presented with NJCPA’s Distinguished Service Award in 2010 and served on the AICPA’s Governing Council from 2001-2008.
