Carol Kemble is Bowman & Company LLP’s Firm Administrator since joining the Firm in 2022. She is responsible for many of the firm’s internal administrative functions, including personnel, facilities, strategic business planning, finance, continuing professional education, marketing, and special projects. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Rowan University in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources and Finance. She has over 25 years’ experience in professional services, as both a Firm Administrator and Chief Operating Officer for Law Firms. She resides in Blackwood with her husband and four children. They also have two dogs and a cat.
